The short version of what to expect while ElevateMode is in beta.
Free beta access
ElevateMode is currently in a free beta. Access is provided at no cost while we refine the product. We may change, pause, or end the beta, and adjust features or limits, at any time.
No uptime warranty
The service is provided as-is during the beta. We do not promise any particular level of uptime, availability, or performance, and there may be interruptions while we ship changes.
Feedback expected
As a beta participant, we ask that you share honest feedback about what works and what doesn't. It directly shapes what we build next.
Where your data is stored
Your workspace data is stored in Sydney, Australia. Each organisation's data is isolated from every other organisation's.
AI processing
Practice responses are processed by third-party AI providers to make the product work: Anthropic (in the United States) scores your written attempts, and ElevenLabs (in the United States) transcribes voice responses. Only the content needed for that step is sent, and it is not used to train their models.
Your data, isolated and deletable
Your organisation's data belongs to you. It is kept separate from other organisations, and we will delete it on request. To ask for deletion or anything else, email hello@elevatemode.app.
